At Rocking Furniture, we want you to love every piece of your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
